Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship international. All shipments are sent via UPS or via a Freight Service depending upon the size of the order. Local customers are welcome to pick up their order at our distribution center in Anaheim, CA. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. In many instances, it is more cost effective to purchase more products and ship via Freight/ Pallet. We do our best to consolidate UPS shipments into as few boxes/bundles as possible. 

 

Return Policy

All returns must be pre-approved by Health Guard Product Center. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number before returning your order, then clearly include a piece of paper with the RMA number in the package. 

No shipping charges will be reimbursed on returns unless approved by us in advance. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise, including any and all other incidental costs that were incurred. However, the customer will not be charged for shipping to replace defective product(s) or a shipment based upon our error. 

All returns must be shipped out by the customer within 15 days of receipt of purchase.

Since we sell infection control & medical supplies, merchandise cannot be returned once it has been damaged. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, otherwise, it will be refused/rejected. The refused/rejected products will be returned to sender at their own expense. Absolutely no exceptions can be made to this policy.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
